If an answer helps you, we are very happy our effort helped. Instead of thanking someone in another post it is better to click on the star to the left of "Add Reputation" below the exact post that was helpful. That way I could see if it was my link to all shortcut keys or Vlady's explaination of Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V.
If you press together cmd + shift + v you paste date without formatting (for mac users) and ctr + shift + v (for windows users). I didn't know this trick for a long time but it is really useful!
