    Workaround for Text Alignment Vertical Center Across Selection with Highlight Rows

    Please find my workaround for Text Alignment Vertical Center Across Selection as shown in screenshot below

    Reasons for its preferrance over Merging Cells include:

    Formula building

    Formula Problem with Merged Cell

    Unmerging needed before deleting a row within Merged Cells

    a single row from a group of merged cells without unmerging
