Some handy Personal Macros: Text version of the Large Function

These are just some neat tricks which come in handy sometimes. I keep these as personal macros for use when needed.

1) TextLarge - This acts just like the large() worksheet function, but on text values. Helpful for unsorted list sometimes (in truth made it for someone at the forum, don't use it much myself).

For example (figure1) if you have an unsorted list of names you can call on TextLarge(TextValuesRange,Rank) to return the first ranked name, second ranked name, etc. (as in figure)
