Multiple Choice Test Interactive User Interface

I am trying to build a multiple choice test where the user clicks on one of the four answers and an answer cell records the answer and using conditional formatting the cell then changes the text red or green based on the correct response.

is there a function that will return a value or perform a task if a cell is clicked (i.e., paste the value of the clicked cell in the "answer cell")?

I have tried a bunch of functions and I think that I might have to turn to VB to get a return from a click...

I have the conditional formatting done when the answer is entered into the answer cell...now i just want to simplify the user interface to allow a click on the presumed answer.

Thoughts?
