Drop down reset

Hi,

I've had this awesome cascading drop down built for me but i forgot that it needs one crucial thing! a reset of some kind.
so some way to delete all the drop downs (except the first one ) and whatever data that they populated to sort of reset the sheet.

can anyone tell me how to create drop down menus?? or does anybody have a tutorial that can teach me how to do it?
