=IF(G3="100%",695,0) formula not working

    Wink =IF(G3="100%",695,0) formula not working

    can't figure out why this formula is not working. It is in Google docs and I am new to formulas.

    The text string "100%" is different from the value 1 formatted as %. I guess the first debugging question to ask is -- what exactly is in G3? The text string "100%" or the value 1?
