    Copy temporary date permanently. Google sheets

    Hi,using google sheets I was just wondering is it possible to copy temp data to permanent data, what I need to do for example is cell A2:A downloads data from the Internet that changes, then what I want to do is if B2:B matches A2:A, the data is copied permanently to C2:C. Hope this makes sense, thanks.

    This of course is not a Google Sheets forum. I don't believe Sheets has a macro/(script) recorder function however try starting here...https://developers.google.com/apps-script/overview
