How to schedule e-mail with google script or vba

Dear Friends,


I have two google spreedsheet connected to an e-mail, in each spreedsheet there are various tabs in it.

There is one MIS tab which is linked with other tabs and get update automatically, my question is here that how can we send the selected range of MIS table (A:G) at a certain time on daily basis automatically.

Please help me out.
