Multiply formula not Working

Hey guys thanks inadvance to all,
Hope il can make this as clear as possible,
I am trying to make a simple calculator for personal uses, but I am running with some issues

I am trying to reference a cell that already has a "divide Formula" in it , for my next calculation.
Im basically using this formula ;

to get the required value on cell B18. the issue is that the
cells im taking the values from are updating but cell number B18 is not. Its only calculating the math
but not updating when I enter different values.
**It seems to happen only with the multiply formula but other work fine. you can check the sheet here
