Insert names to master sheet present to other worksheets (only one time)

Ciao a todos,

I'm working on google docs.
I have a Master page linked with 2 other worksheets.
What I have to achieve is the following:

In the first column of the master page (Name Surname): Add all the names found in the other two worksheets but only one time.
The raw then should be related to that name.

Second Column of the master page (VAD - Total Presence): It already works, it needs to count how many time that name appears in the other document.

Third Column of the master page ( VAD - Last Presence): It needs to show the most recent data related to that name.

I do not know/understand which formula i should crate for the first column and for the third column. Any tips is appreciated!

The other two columns are the same of the second and third but only based on another worksheet;
Once I figured it out how that work, I can carry on by my own with them.
