Google Sheets: Multiple Output Matches based on 2 Inputs

I want cells to auto fill based on returns of specific cells that could either BOTH be filled or more than likely just one or the other.
I have tried several versions of vlookup, incorporating with vlookup and match and index. I cannot find the right combination to have EITHER name OR tail number entered to match EXACTLY with aircraft type, overnight, windscreen bug wash, etc.
Currently I can only get "Customer Name" in 'Customer Search'!A2 to work out but when I want to find either name or number, it doens't work out when I JUST have name OR JUST number in B2.

Maybe someone can help me go through what would work best? My search queries on YouTube and Google are to no avail, I'm not sure of the right wording to even look for what I'm looking for.
