count cells but not cells with formula

Hi guys,

Using google sheets here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing


In cell E12 on the guest list master tab, i need a formula to count cells with data populated but excluding blank cells that currently contain formulas.

So basically if there is text (not a formula) in the range: E2:E11 i want to count these cells
