Translate a piece of code from VBA to JavaScript [for Google Sheets]

Hi there.

I have this piece of code that someone gave me to use for excel VBA, and it's perfect, but it's essential that I can use it in google sheets as well for my work. Only, google sheets uses Javascript, and I understand neither JS or VBA.

Could someone help me figure this out?

This code takes the value of what ever cell you have selected, and saves that value to F5. (note that not specifying the sheets you are on gives you a lot of scope for error, but that's another matter)
