Google Sheets - Deleting Columns in a Macro Or Script

Hi All

Each week I get a report and I have to delete a buch of columns to get the data I actually need, now i've tried running the below to no avail, any suggestions?

attached is the sample data i get on google sheet (it needs to stay in sheets can't use excel as multiple users work off the data)
