I have also been using google spreadsheet for a while.I am pretty impressed by Query function for e.g-
=Query (Range,"select B,D,K sum (E) where M='Power' order by B",1)
Is such type available in Power Query or somewhere in MS Excel.

Yes, Mam.I don't know whether similar is available in ms excel or not.
