Google Sheet: Retrieve data from another sheet, but based on variable of certain column

So, I have a Google sheet named "Product Data". In this sheet, I made several columns to define which product is available on which outlets.

For example: Milk, it's available in outlet 1 & 2, but not in outlet 3.
So I have several rows, where row B = product name, row H = availability in outlet 1, row I = availability in outlet 2, row J = availability in outlet 3.
In row H-J, I only fill the cells with letter "v" (because it's similar to checklist mark) if the product is available in certain outlet. If it's not available, then I let it blank.

Then, I have another Google sheet named "Outlet 1 Product", and I want to retrieve the product names from "Product Data" worksheet, but based on row H, if it's filled with "v", then the certain product will show up in row A.

Unfortunately the attachment icon doesn't work at the moment (it hasn't worked for years, and despite our repeatedly asking the technical team who own the forum to fix it, they can't be bothered to do so), so to attach an Excel file you have to do the following: just before posting, scroll down to Go Advanced and then scroll down to Manage Attachments. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

Unfortunately it's in Google Sheets, so I think it needs to be done in the Google Sheets environment.

Unfortunately as well, as I've mentioned in my initial post, that I'm unable to post links yet. I need to post for several more times until I'm able to post links, although I don't know how many more posts I need before I'm able to post links.
