Google sheets: Edit formula to add N A and other crtieria differently

Hi guys,

Please see sheet here:

If you refer to the tab: Copy of leaderboard ver3, I need to edit Cell U5 (and the other cells which say 'Pts' like cell U5) to basically say if the cells below say
N A
N S,
this should sum to 0.

I am currently getting '5' (see cell BY 5, CA5, CC5)

Can someone advise pls?
