    Re-formatting Data

    Good Morning,

I would really like some help with this problem if possible. I have been sent some excel data however it is formatted in a way that makes it incredibly difficult to sort.

So currently we have three columns

TXN Number, Purchase Date & Customer Name

Then under each of these headings we have the following rows
Which t-shirt colour would you like?
Which t-shirt size would you like?

Preferably after name I would like the row's to be moved over to the columns so it's TXN Number, Purchase Date, Customer Name, t-shirt colour & t-shirt size.

The file is fairly big with a lot of information so what would be the easiest method of moving every 2nd & 3rd row after the customer name over to columns next to the name?

Many thanks in advance for your help.

    Welcome to the forum

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
let Source = #table({"Question","Thread", "User"},{{"Answered","Mark Solved", "Add Reputation"}}) in Source
