Excel data to osx calendar

Hi,
I am trying to extract my schedule from an excel spreadsheet and send it to icalendar, or just extract the info and create a new spreadsheet with just MY info.
I have attached a file, to show how the info can be spread out throughout the spreadsheet.
Basically needs to look in each column 1,2,3, etc...(day of the month), find "SMITH", use location "BUILDING 1", times "0930 until 1330", notes "A" and "B".
Spreadsheet is for November
Send that info to ical.

Also, is there any way to first delete the ical calendar before sending the info ? This way, if there are any changes, it would just replace everything. (I get a schedule update every day)

Hi Pete,
I just meant extract my schedule from the main spreadsheet that I receive and transfer that to a new spreadsheet for clarity. (with just my schedule)
On the example I uploaded, I did not put other people's schedule that always shows up on the spreadsheet. I spread out my schedule "SMITH" to show how it can be in various spot on the spreadsheet.
