Mac: 4-5 month calendar view with data population

    Hi All,
I am new to this forum, so be easy
I did a lot of research on this forum and did not see anything that matched what I am looking for, but please point me in the right direction if I am wrong.
I am looking for a way to push list data into a 4-5 month calendar view, similar to the attached excel sheet.
In the attached sheet the "outcome" view is how I would like it to look in the end.
I often have to print 6 month calendars for my boss, and he wants to see them all in one quick analysis, which is why I need everything on one page. Which is also why previous forum solutions aren't much help for me as of now.
FYI I am on a mac but using the latest version of excel for mac (16.31).
    Kindest regards,
    Allie

It's seem impossible for me to do with merge cell across days with formula, and seem your requirement need VBA to archive.
But if you don't mind to NOT use merged cell across days, please review in this file.
I need a helper sheet to collect data first and locate for each row of matching criteria.

    By counting & locating

B4 in CountD (Helper sheet) for count how many match for each day.
Please Login or Register to view this content.
D4 in CountD for index the item.
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    and K4 for grouping together
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    Then in Outcome
    B9
Please Login or Register to view this content.
You will see many of #N/A , that's mean there are no date is list in CountD (helper sheet)
just add more rows until it's enought.

    Regards.

Thank you for your help menem! I really appreciate it.
I do NOT mind using a merged cell across days, so this solution looks like it could work

However, Column K in the "CoundD" thread is linking to a sheet that I do not have access to. The formula reads:
    =IF($B24>0,'/D:/Users/[your name]/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/AddIns/TEXTJOIN.xlam'!textjoin(", ",TRUE,D24:I24),"")

(I replaced [your name] with your system's drive name).

    Kindest regards,
    Allie

Seem you use the same version of Excel, that not include TEXTJOIN function. T_T
You can do the job without TEXTJOIN , but TEXTJOIN can make it more easier. ^_^

    Please choose
    1. Install Excel Add-ins 'TextJoin' or
    2. Change formulas as row 4 in CountD
(Not all columns are the same , see different of colors)

    Regards.
