Question Read live data by week numbers

Looking for an assumptively simple formula, but I can't seem to figure it out. I want to place a "live overview pane" in a financial report (columns A&B).

The yellow B3 needs to show the current capital (green) - per week (purple).
For instance: It's Sunday, December 15th. B3 tells me whatever has been calculated in D14. The next Monday, starting a new week, I want B3 showcasing whatever is calculated in F14.

I've fiddled with the =(WEEKNUMBER()) options and read a lot of threads here, but am not achieving my goal through this.

    Thanks in advance.

Re: Read live data by week numbers

Hello McvW and Welcome to Excel Forum.
Perhaps this will help someone can translate an array entered formula into google docs.
    1. Change the dates in row 8 to reflect the end of the time period instead of the beginning.
    2. The current date is placed in cell D1.
Note that for the purpose of illustration D1 is populated 12/16/2019 as mentioned in post #1. When the file is actually in use D1 could be populated using: =TODAY()
Test by changing the date in D1 to 12/15 or any date on or before 12/27
    3. B3 is populated using the array entered formula*: =SMALL(IF(C8:G8>=D1,D14:H14),1)
*Array entered formulas are confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER.
