query sort by column

Found a Solution with helper cells, seems should be an easier way but I solved it.

Named the input range on left
used sort to pull data to another 3 columns
used filter to reorganize by team
used query to pull just the two columns of needed information into the proper team columns

for anyone else looking for something similar.

Filter then sort didn't work so tried sort then filter... this produced the desired result without all the helper cells.
