Making sense of registrations through Google Forms

Hey all!

I am trying to make an easier to read list (or set of lists) from reading in a Google Sheet.
People register for dance classes through a Google Form and can select a number of courses, which all go into one cell. Another cell will let me know their selected dance role.
I want to create a list per course, in which I separate the leaders and followers. Like so:

So if the course name and dance role are correct, it should print the name. If not, move on to the next registrant to check, rather than return FALSE/0.
I can't seem to find how to do this, as most options will give me a lot of empty rows (or 0s) when that row doesn't meet the criteria for that cell in that column.
