RANK/automatically put my data in highest number order (google sheets)

Can anyone tell me how I can setup a rank function to put the data in column B in descending order? so for example 11 on top, followed by 8 etc.? the assosciated data is in column 8.

Where do you want the output? And column 8 is empty as far as I can see.

I just want column B to automatically sort in ascending order.

SO I guess the output is in column B?

So if my data is similar to this (as it is in the spreadsheet)

1-0 1
2-0 3
3-0 4
4-0 5

I want the data to sort itself automatically and display like this

4-0 5
3-0 4
2-0 3
1-0 1
