SUMIF function including EOMonth or Date Range

Hi All,

Basically I have a document where I have loans closing during a certain month with the loan amount. I needed a formula which counts the loan volume based on two variables (Source & HT/EDHL) being true during a single month. I've got the part of the formula that calculates the volume with the two variables being present but can't figure out how to make it so the sum is only during that certain month (ie. Jan, Feb) right now the result is for the entire year.

Current Formula:
=SUMIFS('Pending Business'!K:K,'Pending Business'!O:O,"EDHL",'Pending Business'!E:E,"Amandeep")
