I need to make a list of products requested that is filled if the cell is filled

Hello people of exel
I am a little rusty, and i want to make a file to assign products to who wants them.
We have a list of clients that collides with a list of products
So every client will decide to get an ammount or not of a, b, c, d... Ecc
Clients are MANY so a nested if might be hard to do... Any suggestions?
My result should be
John wants 3 a
John wants 4 d
Cesar wants 6 c
Cesar wants 2 d
Ecc.. Avoiding blank combinations
