Google Sheets: Filter data help!!

Im trying to filter out the distance: total
column D and when a new row is imported i need to grab the distance total and run the equation =(MIN(AI2,3)*7.87+MIN(MAX(AI2-3,0),10-3)*3.5+MAX(AI2-10,0)*3.25)*1.27
to get a total quote price then send it to a web page.

Jotform sends over the data and adds a new row each time with different data but column D stays the same except for the addresses, distance total, and duration total, this is imported into column d and i need the distance total sent to column AA and duration total sent to AB
