Help with the Google Sheets script

I am using Google Sheets and Timestamp script.
I miss the dependency known from Excel in this script: IF
I want to have an additional dependency inside the script that If cell: A1 = B1 then the script is supposed to work.
On the other hand, if A1 is not equal to B1, the script is not supposed to work.

I have to correct-change my query, as I did not respond precisely.
I want the above script (TimeStamp) to work ONLY if there are the SAME values in columns 6 and 7.

I can't glue the dependencies together, WHEN column 6 is equal to column 7 then ONLY then the script below will work. I will be grateful for the correction of my inquiry.
