Hi Guys...
I have employee data which I wanted to get the following depending on the date selected:
1. First Login
2. Last Logout
3. Duration of Lunch (Logout from Lunch to Next Login)
4. Total Duration of All logout vs Next Login

Are you really using Excel 2003? That limits your options considerably.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires

Hi! My apologies, I'm actually using Google Spreadsheet as of now.
apparently, this is a Work Desktop so I cannot install Microsoft Excel
Here's the updated version of the File I downloaded thru Google Spreadsheet.
The Goal is to Compute the Duration between Last Logout vs Next Login and place it on Column H.
