Google Sheets - I need help in highlighting cells and getting sum of highlighted cells

Hi! I already asked the same question here before but that was used in an Excel spreadsheet. Both questions were already tagged as SOLVED since both formulas worked. The problem is, when I uploaded the Excel files to GDrive, all the formulas in conditional formatting were removed. Now I am getting errors if I use the same formulas in Google Sheet conditional formatting.

Solution provided:
1 - To highlight the rows with matching keywords, I was given this formula: =SUMPRODUCT(--(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(ToSpot,$C2)))) - Worked fine in Excel spreadsheet.
2 - To get the sum of highlighted rows, this formula was suggested which worked fine in Excel spreadsheet: =SUM(SUMIFS($G$2:$G$21,$C$2:$C$21,ToSpot))
