    Aggregate and Searchable Dropdowns

I have a number of issues in one. All are illustrated in my attached Workbook Sample.

    1) For example, B20-B137 is a Searchable Drop Down Menu, which I have accomplished by creating
Tables in a separate worksheet entitled MasterData.

The issue I have with this is:

When I type the first letter or few letters into the searchable dropdown and click on the arrow,
it displays the full dropdown list, instead of the sorted list, i.e. if I were to type EME, the results
would be the entire list, instead of TR. To Emergency Account.

I can only accomplish this by clicking away from the cell that contains the dropdown list and
then re-clicking that cell and the list then updates with the correct options for me to select.

    ** I AM UNSURE IF IT’S A DESIGN ISSUE OR A MAC ISSUE **

    2) When, 'TR. To Emergency Account' is selected from Drop Down Menu in Column P and it’s a 'CREDIT'
    amount.

I would like the actual date, account and amount to be copied into their respective, columns,
    for example, into, W20, Y20 AND AA20.

    or

When, 'TR. To Flex' is selected from Drop Down Menu in Column P and it’s a 'CREDIT' amount.
I would like the actual date, account and amount to be copied into their respective, columns,
for example, into, AE20, AG20 and AI20 instead.

HOWEVER, ADDITIONALLY I WOULD NOW LIKE SOME ASSISTANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

When, 'TR. From Emergency Account' is selected from Drop Down Menu in Column P and it’s a 'DEBIT'
    amount.

I would like the actual date, account and amount to be copied into their respective, columns,
for example, account into B20, date into C20 and amount into D20, as well as still copying 'TR. From
Emergency Account' into Y20, the respective date into W20 and the Debit amount into Z20.

    or

When, 'TR. From Flex' when is selected from Drop Down Menu in Column P and it’s a 'DEBIT' amount.
I would like the actual date, account and amount to be copied into their respective, columns,
for example, into, account into B20, date into C20 and amount into D20, as well as still copying 'TR.
From Flex' into AG20, the respective date into AE20 and the Debit amount into AH20.

I apologise in advance if I have submitted under the wrong thread and that its quite long.

I appreciate any help that anyone may offer.

    Benal.
