IMPORTXML query returning redundant data in several cells

I am trying to greate an excell sheet that automatically updates prices from ikea website. Trying web query in excel kinda failed so i tyried google sheets withs some partial succces. as the formula works for the first time it brings the price result in the importxml function cell then the same result in the cell bellow. the next time i try to get "new price" by refreshing i get an error that says cannot overwrite the data in the cell below as it is not empty. i dont want to clear the data everytime i need this. I have 20 sheets with 900 lines each lol.Or how can i force tthe function to retrieve data in a single cell only ? thank you for your advice

i did not said i want to use power query in google shhet, i said i tried it in excel 2019 and it dindnt work for whatever reason. i am open to any of the programs that ofer a solution

formula works as you presented it, bu the way i have my formulas, i dont know how to implement yours
my formulas are like this because i have already the sku numbers and i dont want to input them again, unless u have a more ellegant solution.
