how to return different results based on multiple input cells

I have a tricky scenario that I'm trying to untangle with google sheet. I hope someone can point me in the right direction..

I need to provide a list of computers that can be upgraded to a new software. This software can only be installed on compatible hardware, but it's not the same hardware depending on the version of the operating system installed.
On top of that, I have a live database that changes weekly to import data from (easy bit) and to use as reference. I have multiple users with one or two systems, the operating system model (systemX is linux, wsystemY is windows), the model, the internal graphics card and arrays of compatibility based on the OS.

How can find out which systems are compatible and which are not? How can I have different answers depending on all the data?
