Google Sheets script slowed down after data migration

Hi!

I have a document with ~250 sheets. I need summary file with A & B columns from each sheet stacked next to each other.
I used code below. It worked ok before ~3 min.

Following some structural changes in company all data were copied to new document. It contains the same info, but script is much slower (would require apx. 1h, if not for a 30 min Google Sheets limit). What factors might impact such sudden drop in speed? File location, owner, number of users with access rights, storage used... I know some of that sounds silly, but any ideas how to improve speed? I am using different google profile than before (and different domain). Can it impact?
Or maybe I should change something to the code?

I dont know why spaces turned into *

that script has an extra closing bracket, so it would seem that this is only one part of several scripts.

is that correct?
