Evaluation form for several events - that sums / scores weighted answers by event

Is this possible? I would like to use jotform, surveymonkey or even Google Docs to build an evaluation form for events. Each question in the form would have a weighted value. If there are 100 events, ideally each event would have a total "score" so they could be ranked in order of highest score to lowest. I assume it would have to be an average score since some events may be reviewed by 2 people whereas others may be reviewed by 50.

you wont be able to do calculations from Google Docs because it is not a "form" application. However, this can easily be done by sending the response data from Google Forms to Google Sheets.
