Google Sheet : Time Stamp Code Work Only in Active Sheet Always Rename Sheet

i'm looking for how to make modified this code

the code only work in sheet "DATA" ..
i have and work on several sheet into 1 file spreadsheet.
1. I want to make how the code work in active sheet/current sheet, not necessary every time renaming sheet "DATA" and
2. When cell/row is blank (no data), the timestamp don't show in col6
3. the code work start from cell F2 down., not start from row1
