Adding data from one column to another and more

May I ask what formulas you used and where did you insert them?

i used the same formulas as posted above, but with minor cosmetic changes,

so first formula became:

which takes care of the errant period when there is no data in column A, and also provides easier way to see that you can change the starting row

and second formula became:

which, again, provides easier way to see that you can change the starting row

Is there a formula to add the column A details to the end of the Column C details in this new example 2 sheet?

ARRAYFORMULA allows google sheets to return an array of results, so that you dont need to drag down to other rows. sometimes it can be used, sometimes not, but in this case it can.
IF row in column A is empty (""), then do nothing (,,)
else join cell $C$2 & every cell in column A starting from row 3 ($A3:$A)
