Google Sheets - Create DropDown from Values using VLookUp

Hi, I have a simple sheet that uses a VLookUp to populate an item name based on the item code.

It's working correctly - however - I'd like the sizes to appear as a dropdown when the code is matched.

For example - if you choose code 333, it places item name in the row 'orange table'.
I'd also like to display the sizes for that item in a dropdown in the next column - in this case: long, extra long and double.

I'm fairly sure this can be done but I cannot find a simple solution via Data Validation - I cannot seem to combine that with my VLookUp formula.
