PDF output format inconsistent across different pc's.

    Hello,

I've come across an interesting issue. When printing an excel sheet to PDF on a windows 10 machine, the header images and text within all appear as expected. However, when my colleague prints to PDF on their mac, the images are squashed, mis aligned, and the signature text is missing entirely. I have little experience with Mac's so am finding it difficult to diagnose the problem myself.

    Some more information:
    • The workbook being printed from is identical between both computers.
    • The output settings within excel are identical between both computers.
    • The images are in headers and footers in the document.
    • Both computers are running excel, one being the mac version, one being the windows version.
    • The text on the second page is in one large merged cell. Formatting is set as Generic and signature lines are positioned using spaces.
    • Operating systems and software for both computers are up to date.
    • There is minor variance between two windows machines in the images though is only noticeable if you hold a ruler to it. The missing signature lines are not an issue on the other windows machine.

I am limited as to what I can send due to the nature of the sheet though should a redacted version of the excel sheet be needed, let me know and I will ask.
I have included as much information as I can think of though please ask if you need anything else.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
