Pulling through entire row of data

I have a tracker for my banking, and would like to seperate out the data based on which site the cost was attributed to.

I would like this to be my master and then have 2 separate for property 111 and 222, pulling across the entire rows into another sheet to create a P/L.

I have attached a workbook with the master data and how I would like the sheet for each to look.

VLookups are my kryptonite please help

    Non-editable pictures are mine...

A picture is worth 1,000 words. An Excel sheet is worth 1,000 non-editable pictures.

Please read the yellow banner about sample worksheets, at the top of the screen. Act on its guidelines and post a SMALL sample sheet complete with an explanation and some expected results.

    One way:

    =IFERROR(INDEX('Financial Tracker'!B:B,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW('Financial Tracker'!$B$3:$B$100)/('Financial Tracker'!$B$3:$B$100=$B$1),ROWS(B$5:B5))),"")

    see file.

You are really annoying! You should have said so right at the start and posted the query in the "other platforms" sub-forum.

Since I don't use GS, I shall step aside... move the thread... and hope that someone else steps in.

    Good Luck!
