    Cell content based on 2 other rows conditions

    Hi guys!

    I'm trying to figure out how to return Cell content based on 2 other rows conditions.

    In the example attached I need to check who are the two with the highest completion percentage and at least 10 tasks.

    It should return - Jennifer & Robert.

    Thanks!
