    Power BI: Conditional formatting % rules

    Could you please help me understand this:

    "When you select Percent in this dropdown, you’re setting the rule boundaries as a percent of the overall range of values from minimum to maximum. So, for example, if the lowest data point was 100 and the highest was 400, the above rules would color any point less than 200 as green, anything from 200 to 300 as yellow, and anything above 300 as red."

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/pow...ble-formatting

    Rules
    if value >= 0% and value <= 33% -- color green
    if value >= 34% and value <=66% -- color yellow
    if value >=67% and value <=100% -- color red

    Here what I do not understand:
    "if point less than 200" then it will get green color?

    Why 200 falls according to this rule into 0% - 33%

    How that was calculated?

    (33/100) * 400 = 132

    So how come 200 will fall in that range? Thank you very much.

    Low 100
    High 400
    Range 400-100 = 300

    The range is key.

    <=1/3 of range (100) plus the low (100) = 200 = green

    <=2/3 of range (200) plus the low (100) = 300 = amber, etc

    as stated. the range of values (400-100) is 300. 1/3 of the RANGE is 100... 2/3 of the range is 200.. add on the bottom value (100) and 1/3 = 200 and 2/3 = 300,
