Ifvlookup - Average for - 2 criteria (For Google sheet)

I was wondering if you can help me create a formula for Average for 2 set of criteria.
So in my excel you can see I need the formula to be in column E & F. But I need you guys to not include (ignore) table A19:D25 and (ignore) table H2:I14 to the formula since it's just to show for an understanding.

Why not, it gives the expected results.
A. I need it in google sheet
B. I need it in a form of formula in column E & F

Sure no worries, just that I was wondering if the formula I was asking logically possible and makes sense or not.
You don't do that via PM - you do it here in the thread.
You can bump your threads once every 24 hours.
so that will help me to get an answer ?
because your manually calculated results are inconsistent with rounding up and down, you are never going to get the results you want.
however, with corrections being made (where possible), you can get the averages like this..
first filter uniques in columns A:B, with this in L3:
then put this in N3:
