Google Sheets: Need formula for every 3 letter combination

I am looking for a formula that will produce all possible 3 letter combinations.

However, I do not want any duplicate or repeating letters in each combination result.
Also, each combination needs to have contain atleast 1 vowel (a,e,i,o,u,y)

Might anyone be knowledgeable enough about this kind of thing to help me?
