GoogleSheets: Nearest hour from time function (NOW)

Hi. Can you help me how can i create a conditional formatting like this:

time now -->03:59:02 04:07 04:03 04:03 04:03 04:03 04:03 04:03 05:03 07:03 09:03 11:03

in A3 is time NOW, and in table I3:BA3 is most importatnt. In this lines the next approaching columns change color.

when time now is 03:59:02 i want to conditional formatting and color the closest times ( in this example is 04:03)

Can you tell me how can i do this conditional formatting? Thanks a lot

Unfortunately, you posted a picture vs. a workbook. Are those 12 hr times are 24 hr times? I can't tell from the picture...

Thanks everyone for answers. I have only link to googlesheets with this conditional formatting. I send you link in private message. It's 24h times. I don't have permision to edit this sheet so i don't know that is a conditional formatting with this colors.
