importrange if column header equals

Hi,

I am trying to do an importrange, that selects col2 names based on the column header that equals to A1.

This is my formula, which I know is well off the mark, but thought it may explain better what I am trying to achieve.

It would be a lot easier to provide a working solution if you could give Editor access to the file so that we can test formulas.
