GoogleSheets: Require to Finding Unit and Date Wise Data from a Raw Data Range

Dear all,
my query is about to find date and unit wise raw data from a raw data range to complete my work process , i need help to
do that in google sheet, i have 365 days raw data in unit wise vertical position, but i need that in unit with row, i have attached
my excel file with how i need the data, thanks in advance for helping.

This is not the correct section for a GoogleSheets query.

You should provide a LINK to a COPY of the GoogleSheet online for members to work with (GoogleSheets is not Excel), and you should make the copy read-write.
