Hi,
I know that this is not the right place for asking this question but I believe users of this forum must have experienced the same challenge in the past and can help me in dealing with the problem that I am facing.
I have a spreadsheet , Excel 2007 format (.xlsx), that can not be loaded on Google docs due to size limitation and formula complexity. I tried SkyDrive too without any success. This file will be used by around 25 people during office timings and simultaneous access is inevitable.
I looked at subversion but seems like that subversion will only keep revisions of a excel files i.e. It creates a unique file whenever a user make changes to a file and saves it. I am assuming that there will be hundreds of files in a matter of days.
While doing research, I stumble upon a wikipedia page about Atomic Commit. Can anyone help me in finding a solution where all the users can access one files and whatever changes they make are kept in one single file.
PS. All the 25 people have their own tabs to work and they will not work on other tabs.
Thank you.
