Can you hide the worksheet view when using an input form?

Greetings,

I am a former (Windows) Excel user not working in the MAC world. I have a simple "contact list" and would like to create an input form but I would like to hide the worksheet view completely and disable the ability for anyone to change any existing data in the worksheet. Basically, just allow one to enter new data via the input form. I have searched and googled but can't find any resources to address it need. Any ideas out there?

Goto VBA screen
Select the sheet you want
in the properties window
under properties
select visibility, choose very hidden.
If you then protect the workbook and VBA with a password this is the best way to stop anyone viewing/tampering with the data.
