Matching data from one sheet to another, using a column of common data

I'm working with 2 radio station databases (each with about 10k entries). DB1 has the correct market name & market rank for each station, but nothing else. DB2 has radio station details for each station (location, wattage, broadcast range, etc.), but does NOT have the correct market name & market rank.

Both DB's DO, however, share a column in common, called station call letters.*

Question: How can I tell Excel to lookup the correct market name & market rank from DB1 and insert that info into DB2, where the radio station details are listed, based on the station call letters they have in common?

    I hope this makes sense!

*The station call letters are not totally identical from DB1 to DB2, but probably 85% matching. Otherwise I would simply sort them alphabetically and match the data that way.

Are station call letters unique in their respective tabs?

Could you send a sample ?

    rcm sample.xlsx

    Thanks @rcm. I've attached a sample for you! As you can see, columns 1 & 2 in DB1 are different from 1 & 2 in DB2.
I need a formula or something that tells Excel to
    1. look at all of DB2 (Column C)
    2. find a cell in DB1 (Column C) that equals or contains the same data (XXXX-XM)
    3. copy & paste all the data from the matching row in DB1 to a new column in DB2.

Any help or a point in the right direction would be a HUGE help!
